The fair majority of the stress, anxiety or depression we experience stem from an unhealthy mind. We live in a society that tends to overthink and when we're thinking, we aren't present. This lack of presence and awareness from constantly being in our heads blinds us from seeing and experiencing our true potential.
The biggest secret in personal development is that we're already the best versions of ourselves. It's ironic, but we don't have to actually do anything. We just have to be present long enough to witness it for ourselves. So, the fastest way to becoming the best version of ourselves is by becoming the most aware version of yourselves.
